All orders will be dispatched from Sydney, Australia within first two days of the order being placed. (Monogramming services require more time to process, we will notify you once the order is dispatched.)

International

All overseas shipping are at your own expense and may vary in price depending on your country.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched. 

  • New Zealand: 4-6 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6-14 business days
  • Western Europe: 7-16 business days
  • North America & Middle East: 7-16 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-16 business days

From time to time there can be delays with customs which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect address/Redelivery terms

Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order.

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

For change of mind or incorrect choice on all full price items we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. Sale items or item's with a discount code applied are non-refundable although we gladly provide an exchange or credit note.

Providing: 

You contact us within 30 days of receipt of purchase at info@gingerdream.com; that goods are unused and in original saleable condition with tags, and inside original packaging. We will get in touch within 24 hours to suggest you the next steps. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

Do I have to pay to return the item/s to you?

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless return is due to a mistake on our behalf or by fault of manufacturer.

How long is my store credit valid for?

For all items purchased on sale or using a promotional code you will be issued with a store credit valid for 12 months only from the original purchase date.

I have received a faulty item. What do I do? 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us as quickly as possible as we can assist. While our beddings is made to last we are not liable for general wear and tear.

My returns have been rejected. Why?

Ginger Dream carries strict return requirements in the interests of other customers. Your return could be rejected for the following reasons:

  1. You contacted us for a returns outside the 30-day return period.
  2. The item was returned without original tags and packaging are missing.
  3. The item is used and/or damaged and/or marked

We will only accept returns on items which are in a re-sellable condition so please be aware when packing the return items. Should your returns be rejected we will discuss the reasons with you via email and return the original item to you once you have paid for return postage.

A note on shedding

Shedding is a natural occurrence in the life cycle of linen.  As your linen softens with age, the excess fibres need to be removed and this results in shedding. The darker the linen color, the more it will shed due to more dye being used. This is completely normal and will be reduced by a few extra cold washed and tumble dries. 

Issue on color resolution / pattern

Please note the photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.
